Meeting and pickup information

  • Victoria Downtown: Stop is located on the 700-block of Douglas Street outside the Crystal Gardens building (same side of street as the Old Spaghetti Factory). Check-in with the driver curbside on Douglas Street. Please note there is no bus office, ticket counter, or agents at this location.

  • Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
  • Strollers can be stored underneath the bus for no additional charge provided that they can be folded by the traveler, weigh less than 50lbs, and do not have a motor.
  • Children must travel with an Adult.
  • Infants and Children weighing up to 18 kg (40 lbs.) who board a seatbelt equipped vehicle are required to ride in an approved CMVSS car seat supplied by the child’s parent or caregiver, and be secured to the vehicle using the seatbelt (lap belt).
  • Certified Guide Dogs can accompany an individual on our bus. Valid Guide or Service Dog Certification must be presented to the driver at check-in. Contact company in advance to confirm the eligibility of your guide dog certification.
